Program duration: 8 weeks per block
Frequency per week: 2 days per week (can be combined with other programs)
The Healthy Roots General Fitness/Athlete Program is intended for intermediate fitness athletes who want to focus on their strength and explosiveness. This program promotes all strength areas of the Powerlifts, Push, Pulls and Core strength.
The Functional Fitness program can be done alongside other programs, but it should be noted that this is one of our most challenging programs and people should have their training, nutrition and recovery protocols in focus before using this program in conjunction with any other programs.
