Our Healthy Roots - Deadlift Program builds over a 10-week period all aspects of strength, speed and explosiveness needed to Deadlift monster weights. The program includes deadlift sessions 2 days a week with free accessory moves on both days.
The deadlift is the Stallworth of strength moves, it embodies maximum strength and movement efficiency. If you want to get strong, we'll help you get there!
