We pride ourselves on our proven approach to strength training, through challenging but always achievable progressive overload. Each block continues from the previous block and aims to bring out the Squat, Bench and Deadlift by using both the competition lifts and the auxiliary lifts.
An often overlooked area of Powerlifting programs is their focus on Accessory Lifts. Our program includes these exercises at the end of each session and will work to combat muscle imbalances, postural weakness and hypertrophy of essential muscle groups.
