If you want to get better at Strict Press or Bench Press, this is the program for you! This program combines linear progression protocols, classic hypertrophy sets and stability work, which will help you achieve your best press ever.
This Ex’Press program does not take up a huge amount of your training capital every week and is the perfect addition to your current program, be it Weightlifting, Crossfit or Powerfliting.
