Who is the program for?
This program is not intended for pure beginners. To follow this program, your technique must be consistent in the Olympic lifts. If you are struggling with major technical errors and mobility I would not recommend this program. This program is primarily intended for intermediate and advanced lifters.

Program duration: 10 weeks

Number of days per week: 6 days per week

The Healthy Roots – Weightlifting Program will improve the performance of weightlifters. The program aims to bring about both classic lifts through the use of challenging complex work with sensible progressive loading.

A unique and important aspect of our Weightlifting program is the focus on the drill work of the Olympic lifts. This means that we mainly perform the Olympic lifts in this program.
